    Maylake Pty Ltd is a Gold Coast based property company with the head office located in Kay House, Southport.  Maylake was founded in 1997 by Leonid Eshchenko and remains a family business to this day.

    Our management team is led by CEO Lorraine Lovatt who has over 35 years of experience in the property industry.  Lorraine commenced with the company in July 1999.  Lorraine, as ambassador with Maylake, is proud to support Vinnies Annual Gold Coast CEO Sleepout and has been a proud sponsor of the Gold Coast Support Group for MND (Motor Neurone Disease) for over 7 years.

    Maylake is one of the Gold Coast's leading privately-owned commercial property companies, leasing high quality commercial office space in Southport and Surfers Paradise. We offer premium office leasing through the management of well-appointed and conveniently located office buildings.

    With over 21 years in the business, our portfolio has grown to comprise of four privately owned office buildings including The Scarborough Centre and Kay House in Southport and Elkhorn Centre East and Elkhorn Centre West in Surfers Paradise.

    The company’s strengths are in our highly efficient procurement process and a hands-on approach to management, which combined are the key factors behind our success.

    Major projects consist of the redevelopment of 25-27 Elkhorn Avenue, now the 5 Star Green Star Elkhorn Centre East, which has established Maylake at the forefront of commercial development and leasing on the Gold Coast.

    Other projects include the acquisition of 40 Nerang Street, Southport and the subsequent $2.5 million refurbishment of this building, now known as The Scarborough Centre.  Projects on a smaller scale include the refurbishment of Kay House in Southport and the refurbished Elkhorn Centre West in Surfers Paradise.

    In January of 2018 Maylake opened a new and exciting division specialising in the co-working space and serviced office market - Gold Coast Business Hub.  GCBizHub offers co-working desks from a half day, serviced offices on a flexible month to month basis, or meeting rooms or boardroom on an hourly basis.

    2018 also saw the re-branding of our management division, Maylake Properties, specialising in the management and care of our commercial tenancies.
